For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers: understanding the judgment and its implications for employees and employers
Six months after the landmark Supreme Court judgment, For Women Scotland Ltd v The Scottish Ministers [2025] UKSC 16, ELBA is convening a panel discussion to explore the decision, along with its legal and practical implications for employees and employers. We are lucky enough to be joined by some of the advocates in the case, including Aidan O’Neill KC, Karon Monaghan KC and Ben Cooper KC.
ELBA members are welcome to attend the event. Chatham House rules will apply to the panel discussion. If there is sufficient time, questions may be permitted at the end of the discussion, at the discretion of the Chair. Any questions must be submitted in writing in advance of the panel discussion to admin@elba.org.uk.
