ELBA are pleased to announce that bookings are open to attend our 2026 Advocacy Training Day, to take place on 23rd October 2026 at The Supreme Court.
All ELBA members are welcome to attend.
The day will be interactive with participants undertaking short sift submissions and will cover:
- Cross Examination, with Jane Russell KC and James Laddie KC;
- Appellate Advocacy, with Sir Nicholas Underhill;
- EAT Appellate Session with speakers TBC.
The attendance fee will be £35, unless:
- You have represented an ELAAS case in the last 2 years.
or
- You have represented a FRU case in the last 2 years.
In which case attendance will be free of charge.
