ELBA is pleased to confirm that HHJ Simon Auerbach will be speaking at the 2026 Advocacy Training Day, to take place on 23rd October 2026 at The Supreme Court. The full line up is as follows:
Morning:
- Cross Examination Masterclass, with Jane Russell KC and James Laddie KC
- EAT Advocacy with HHJ Simon Auerbach
Afternoon:
- Appellate Advocacy and CA exercise with Sir Nicholas Underhill
All ELBA Members are welcome to attend. The day will be interactive with participants undertaking short sift submissions
The attendance fee will be £35, unless:
- You have represented an ELAAS case in the last 2 years
or
- You have represented a FRU case in the last 2 years
In which case attendance will be free of charge.
