Personal Injury Basics for Employment Lawyers
Not all claims related to employment fit comfortably within the Employment Tribunal’s jurisdiction, and some that do might be better suited to the civil courts. This talk is intended to demystify civil personal injury claims; give employment lawyers the tools to determine when the County or High Court might be a more suitable venue; and to explain the basics if they find themselves involved in a crossover employment claim.
