The President of Employment Tribunals in England and Wales has asked for the information at the links below to be circulated to members.
 
The information is aimed at legal professionals who may wish to raise concerns about a judge’s conduct via a more informal route (in contrast to the more formal procedures adopted by the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office).
