Formed in 1994, the Employment Law Bar Association represents and supports UK barristers working in employment law.
In addition to acting as a forum for its members to be consulted by the government and other organisations, ELBA supports its members through regular meetings; dinners and other services.
ELBA is run by its Executive Committee.
